So, my 3 guys are outside. I have 2 large dish like holders for their water so they can get in and soak / play around - but here in Florida, they dry up within a day or two.

Yeah... I was thinking I needed more plants also - think its ok to leave plants in the plastic pot they come in?
As for the topsoil - I can't figure out how to do that without the rain flooding it / washing the dirt away (we really get a LOT of rain) but I could easily add more mulch since that...
My courtyard area was the best place for these little guys with the sunlight / shade but it was hard to makeshift something on top of pavers that would still drain with these heavy and frequent rains (which the boxies LOVE)..
What do you guys think? Do they (2 male Florida boxies) need more...

Not 'worried' per say .. just not sure how to leave food out without inviting insects to my front door area.
I guess my question is 2 fold:
1/ Do I need to leave food out for more than an hour or two?
2/ If yes, then what foods could I leave out that wont attract ants /...

True - the food probably would still be fine (if I move feed station into shade).. its the bugs. Don't you get ants when leaving fruit out .. or bugs when leaving protein source out?
So - I've built an outdoor habitat for my 2 new male Florida boxies and I put food out in the morning for an hour.
Tommy eats it right up and is happy as can be but Michael won't touch it ('it' being every trick in the book with variety, color and smells !)
