HELP! My russian tortoise mistre, just stopped eating again. Everything in the vivarium is fine. He was eating a few days earlier, now he wont. Please, if anyone can help or have any reasoning please tell me.

Happily, we took our tortoise to the vet. The good news is that he has no parasites and is perfectly healthy. (which to us is rare for ones that come from petsmart.) I chose to get a higher bulb for the UVB for my tortoise and a couple of mini slates for his food to be on. (I really recommend this because it will help trim the beak and nails.) And luckily, all the work paid off, the tortoise started eating.
help please? My juvenile russian tortoise is not eating. it came from Petsmart and I heard a lot of bad things about it. But it was just shipped there and we bough before it went directly to petsmart. The next day we bathed it in warm water and offered it the frozen veggie mix. (We warmed it up in some warm water). The tortoise seemed to stuff its face in there and lick the food but not eat it normally. Im unsure.
