My male EBT is alert/active, has a great appetite, but seems like he has lost some weight over the winter.
I have not kept tabs on actual weight, but from now on I will be doing so.
I can just tell from how heavy he feels, he seems slimmer and has extra skin compared to fall...

My moss is $3.94 at home depot. Like TerryO i just rinse it before putting it in. When I mist down the enclosure it soaks and holds moisture too!!
I use new zealand moss, long fiber. works great so far, and bed a beast(coconut) below.
yes a whole picture soon, there is another plant and a hide. Tight space till spring, but each finds a niche to get cozy in.
They suggested to keep them up till spring going outside. They didnt burmate them this year, because of needing to find a home for them. But they kept them outdoors in NV and when they lived back east. I assume they hibernated them because of the outdoor enclosure.

Originally from Virginia I belive. I adopted them from a reptile(snakes) loving family in Nevada. Not sure of the validity on that, but I trust them, met them at an expo last year. We talked about me just getting one, somehow I ended up with the whole clan;]

The two yellow (M/F) are really socaial. The third brown skin one is a little shy. But she is very pretty.

Thanks for the replys, I will try mixing a bit, I have noticed they have covered in the moss a bit, but not dug into the coconut fiber.
I moved them to a slighly warmer area, heat will turn off at night, I will use timers on a power strip.
