    I have this little guy almost for a year, he was born in September 2019 I think. In summer he had some parasites (he got treated at vet's office ofc) and I don't think I should hibernate him this year, I don't think I gathered enough info about this and I don't think vet would approve it, since...

    I bought a new lamp for my tort and it's shipping right now, it should be in my home from 1 to 3 days, but today I went to my tortoise enclousure (little guy, around 9 months to 1 year old, 7cm/2,75in, russian tortoise) and turned on lamps and uvb lamp started to act weirdly and smelling awful...
