hi, I’m interested in purchasing a adult red footed tortoise at a expo later this month. I really want someone who raises them to give me some info on temps and humidity for an adult, substrate , food , water, soaks, etc?
I’m thinking about adopting this sulcata. Me and my husband recently lost our hatchling due to a bad vet. This sulcata is said to be 15 years old. The owner said he kept him in a room with a ambient temp of 80 degrees. Does he look big enough for 15? Is his pyramiding bad?
Also the vet gave me ciprofloxacin hydrochloride ophthalmic soilion to put in his nose twice daily for 10 days in case he has a upper respiratory infection.
