When I stroke my baby tortoise he makes lovely little ‘popping’ noises. What do you think that means. I can tell he isn’t stressed.

This is my first post. I’m totally new to all this. I have a beautiful Hermann who is five months old. I have had him for three months and am besotted with him. I did all the research and preparation before I got him. I have made him a ‘weed bath’ using an old baby bath which I filled with appropriate seeds I got from a tortoise specialist. It’s proving really successful. He loves it. If I can post a photo I will.
