I was wondering if anyone out there with a solar meter has This UVB light, as I plan on getting one next year but want to know how high to hang this light for the time being. I have it at about 17 inches right now but I’m seeing so much mixed information about height for these t5 tube...
You guys were right, came off easily with toothbrush. The water here is very hard so this makes sense. Heat is 75-85, 65-80 humidity, here’s the enclosure. He’s doing great, just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a bigger issue.
the whitish grey areas look a bit odd to me, I can use my nail and scrape off the grey stuff a little which concerned me. Is this shell rot or some sort of fungus?
2 Year old red foot lives in greenhouse 5x3ft, humidity around 80% all day, had him since hatchling and has zero pyramiding, feed him wide variety of foods, very active and seemingly healthy in all aspects other than the bottom of his shell. Is this possible shell rot?
