It's not raised. And it may not be growing, it might just be me worrying over him. He acts healthy and is active and eating. I though it looked like an old chip, but not sure. It's dry and not soft.

I am a new tortoise owner and I am already in love with my little guy! When I adopted him he had a small white dot on his shell, but I didn't think anything of it. Now it seems to be getting larger, or he is getter larger. It looks like a blemish, a dry spot or something...
