Very cool! You must not have any cats in the house. Mine wouldn't be able to resist poking holes in that set up. lol Looks like it will def keep humidity high though. I have never seen those yet. Good luck with your babies.

That is what I am using for my leopard hatchling. I have him in a 36X 18 terrarium with a powersun for day and the 50 watt CHE for night sitting on top of screen on a timer..seems to be maintaining temps & humidity perfectly.

Can I ask how do you present hay to her? Do you soften or it chop it up?I have tried to get my older one (9 years) to start eating orchard hay,but probably should've started earlier but he won't touch it. He likes cactus and greens mostly & plantains.

Ok so I bought a b-grade tortoise from Tortoise Supply because I didn't care about his cosmetic perfection but they sent me a beat up old worn out poor baby,and even with good care he died within 2 weeks. beware.

I have a little one just like that and I've never seen him do that. He always goes back in his hide after eating or basks for a while. Maybe he's just catching up on rest..hope nothing's wrong!
