i feed mine shrimp and chicken and yes they must have protein at least once a week or else their back legs get paralyzed

you probably don't want to feed them peaches just because they contain so much sugar and you can give them apples but only on rare occasions and make sure to take the seeds out

you probably want to take him to a vet
