So this morning when i was changing the water i accidentally splashed a drop onto the heat lamp. It didnt explode,, i didnt see any shards fly, the crack is small and seems pretty clean all throughout (i did change the lamp out btw). Should i be worried??

Yes. It generally doesn't walk very well but I thought it's from living on the hard floor
