Hi,
I'm new to cooters (Pseudemys), Can anyone identify which cooter species my turtle belongs to?

I'm hoping for someone to be able to identify it :)

Thanks.

It looks mainly pennisula with a hint of floridana characteristics

I'm no expert on species. Originally I wanted to say a red eared slider.. then I noticed there's no red stripe on the side of his/her head. Maybe a yellow belly? Maybe a peninsula? Good luck.

Its a pennisula cooter probably from northern part or Florida because the further you go south the bolder the lines on the shell and the "hair pin" markings on the top of the head. If I had to assign it a scientific name it would best fit the Pseudemys Concinna Pennisula
