I don't have any adults for sale currently. Just lots and lots of babies. 20 sq. ft. is too small. Fine for a smaller one, but not an adult. Not even a male. You need more than that. 8x3would be okay for little male if there was a larger outdoor enclosure for fair weather. 8x4 is better if you live in the frozen north.

Okay thank you for the info! It wouldn't need to be an adult, just old enough to confirm it is a male. Since 20 sq ft is too small, I'd actually prefer a younger one so I have a little time to get him the larger enclosure built as he grows. We would have an outdoor space by then too. Just waiting for the housing market to cool down a bit to move out of our apartment lol.

We had an Indian Star for years so it will be nice that I'm already very familiar with their diet and husbandry needs.

Nobody raises them to that size, which takes about two years, and then sells them. Breeders want to sell them ASAP, or keep them to adulthood. People want to buy babies to raise, or they want to buy adults ready to go for breeding. But... Maybe you will get lucky and find someone selling off some young hold backs...
