is there any indication that there is no airflow inside your enclosure?
i always have 100% Humidity and my temp always 30C up... and never drops under 26C...

but as you can see on the photo showing my hygrothermometer, humidity reaches 86% but most of the time i reaches 99% and my record of highest temp is up to 30C and my lowest is 26.

i think your tortoise died because of respiratory infection, you can see it on the first photo. its eyes, they are always close.
i also experience that.

know why and how they died before purchasing new tortoise.
