Will a Hermanns tort soak itself? I'm asking because if you don't soak a tortoise like you should would it eventually just soak itself or when they get older do you stop soaking and let it do it independently?

Sometimes turtles just eat poop haha can't really do anything to stop it that's just one of those wild instinct things. The only thing I can think of is if they have worms or any parasites in their poop and they are eating those.
