    PLEASE LOOK* What is happening with my tortoise?

    Is this Mouth Rot? What do I do?

    I've tried to remove what I originally thought was dried food but it's much harder than I thought. Is this mouth rot? What do I do? Tortoise still has his appetite and movement.

    Massive amount of these small white bugs.

    What do I do. I have attached some photos it is now an absurd amount and they are in the water and when my tortoise tries to even drink they crawl on him. He is in the process of recovering from a RI and just don't want him to be having to deal with more than he has to when he is not feeling well.
