Okay thanks! I'm a total novice. I got these because the store told me they were good

It's a 10 gallon tank and he's just a Hatchling sits in the palm of my hand maybe 3 or so months old

He refuses to eat out of his food dish, I got it because it's a bit rough so his beak won't get to bad, but since he won't eat out of it in not sure what I should get that he'll want to eat out of.

I have posted a picture of his enclosure there is bit if moss a UVB only bulb, and a red heat lamp for at night the temp stays around 100-115 on just the right side of enclosure on the left it stays around 85-100 degrees

A few days ago, while I was giving my Hatchling Sulcata a warm bath before his meal I noticed the edges of his shell close to his neck on the top half were curled upward. I'm not sure if I should be worried or not. I have the humity to a moderate according to the gaugesand I have a bit of moss...
