I did that in the fall only with wild weeds and greens. It works great and my tort loves them. I did an assortment of grape leaves, dandelions ext. but I haven't tried store bought greens yet, but in theory it should work.
Winston and his lady friend would like to be involved too. Hope this one helps.
I wish I had projects like this... Instead i get to do accounting with no tortoise related subjects.
Have fun with it!

I guess the picture helps, hope not works this time.
Looks good! I did the same thing for my enclosure. One thing I would recommend is putting duct tape, or something that is not see thew along the sides so he can't see out. I used hot pink duct tape for mine. Lol
Also around the interior I have planted plants, aloe, pansy, hens and chicks and...
I had a cricket escape, it lived behind the fridge. It grew wings and would never stop chirping. One night it made a mistake by leaving the fridge and venturing off. The cat found it, played with it and then killed it. Thank goodness, I was a little tired of hearing crickets 24/7.
So my...
I use repashy on my tortoise. But I have never used TNT so I cannot offer a comparative answer.
I like repashy, and have been using it for years with my geckos. I really like the brand and am very loyal to them.
So all I can say is I have had good results and I alway recommend repashy.
Thank you for sharing. This is very interesting information and clearly a very crucial element of hatchling husbandry. Again I find this fascinating, and I personally thank you for digging deeper and sharing sharing your findings.
I am a lifetime fan of the pit bull. I have found that they are one of the easiest dogs to train, have such a loving personality and can excell in many different areas. With that said I will always own a pitbull but I love so many other dogs. The next one I would like to get is an Irish...
I had the same problem with mine when I first got him. He would only eat romaine. What I did I chopped the romaine, and other greens really small. It all smelt like romaine so he would eat it all.
If you chop it small enough he won't be able to pick out the good stuff and will have to eat the...
I had the same problem with my hermanns. All he wanted was romaine. I started by using the "slap chop" to cut different greens into really tiny pieces and offered it to him. It took just over four weeks but I finally got him eating a mixture, without romaine. Just keep offering him different...
This is my mutt. Her name is kassini, we think she is a corgi/border collie mix, but we would like to DNA test her to know for sure. She only weights 30 lbs, and is just over a year. We rescued her when she was 4 weeks, and a tiny little thing.

I hope this time it worked. :)
They are great! They are just little balls of energy. I have never personally owned one but I have worked with them in the past.
I would let them play in a room, where they would actually bounce off the walls. It is also fun watching them have their dust baths.
They are a goo small pet in my...
