It has come to my attention that Russian tortoises hibernate. I wasn't aware of this when I got my Russian last August and didn't hibernate her, I just kept the light and heat the same and she still ate as usual. Is it detrimental to her health if she doesn't hibernate?

I feed her mustard and turnip greens, kale, collard greens, Timothy hay randomly, carrot maybe once every 2 weeks and grassland tortoise pellets sometimes, I try to mix it up, she is in a small indoor tank, 2 ft by 3ft, which I know is too small but I'm looking into a table.

What yor saying is 8 to 10 as big, so what she's in now is 4' 2' so that's an unreasonable amount of space
