only food i cant find are worms dry yea thats where he lives and i dont have a light , water normal temerature ...any help what i can do indoors to keep it safe

my turtle do some strange noises , dont move so much and the eyes are always closed move 3 or 4 times a day and do nothing....i think is sick as much as i know about i dont know how to care what to do anything to do indoor to get my turtle get well and what problem she had ...pls help now...
