Hello, I've noticed that my tortoises face looks different. Its making me really worried and I don't know whats wrong with her. She's been eating less and hiding. She's usually very bright and a big eater. She's 2 and is a Russian Tortoise. Should I take her to a vet?

Found this little dude beat up pretty badly. I got some food in a dry tank for him & some shallow water. I cleaned his wound with some solution. What’s my chances I can rehab? Any tips/help?
