How big should Mr. Tibbs be, he is approaching his 1 year.. he is just over 2 inches now. I have started feeding him 1 pellet of Mazuri every week to supplement his daily greens.

The year olds that I've seen have been around 2-3".

I wanted to mention your water bowl. Many tortoise have drowned in those. I recommend you return it and get a terra cotta plant saucer instead. When sunk into the substrate, they make a perfect tortoise water bowl.
