Ants are in my tort yard. Its particularly upsetting because the yard shares one wall with the house foundation. What can I use that will be okay? They are on the wall, and in the yard...

Keep the bait away from your tortoises, other pets, and children. I usually tuck it somewhere inconspicuous where the ants will find it but pets & naive toddlers wouldn't go.
The other alternative is to just let things be so long as they aren't damaging your home or torts.

You can also spread Vaseline on anything they are climbing. Just again, not where the torts or animals could like it. Higher up, maybe.
