I have them either in over abundance and could plant some in tort garden of bought them as specimen plants possibly for the tort garden

Can't help with Namdina or Turk's Cap
Ok, so just looked those up and Turks Cap is called Texas Mallow, it is a medicinal plant and the the baby torts should be ok if they ingested any parts of it, but Nandina(Heavenly Bamboo) has some toxic parts, I simply will not plant any in the tort garden, though... It's a shame, bcs Nandina is gorgeous year round:(
