Baby sulcata has uneven skin color on his leg?

Hello everyone, I have a question about my tortoise. This morning I did some daily routine soaking and I noticed my tortoise leg and ear has an uneven skin color?

sorry I couldn’t get the best shot of it’s leg. It pushed me like crazy.

Hmm... My guess would be that the spot with the different color is fresh, clean skin where the old, dirty skin was peeled off. If that is it, I'm sure it's fine. Not 100% sure though.
