Dark leg

Hello, I have a baby sulcata tortoise that’s back right leg skin is darker then the left leg. I don’t know what this means or if it’s bad. Can anyone help me.

Does the leg function normally and move? Is the tortoise walking normally?

You should definitely separate the two. Tortoises shouldn't be housed in pairs.

I am housing 2, they’re together but the other doesn’t have anything like this tho

It looks like the leg is dying. You should take it to the vet.

Hey everyone, just wanna let you know I went to the vet and she said the tortoise is fine, it was just a bruise and I just need to monitor him until it heals. Thank you for all the help
