bad urates!

Can any one please direct me in the correct direction, yesterday my Lil Franklin thru these nasty looking urates. Please help!!

They aren't that nasty...but they aren't good either. Are you soaking him every day? That's really important. If he was drinking like he should be those urates wouldn't look like that. They would be creamy white.
So change how you're soaking him...

I've been soaking him almost everyday now for about 10min. Last night it was the biggest I've ever seen w/ some pink stuff. They are at times creamy white or with some solid white chunks. Of course it does happen every time I soak him.

Try soaking him for 5min longer everyday and see if that helps.

I feed him grass, flowers, catcus pads, & weeds.

I did try it, helped a bit and they aren't that bad looking anymore.

I'm glad the extra time is helping to show some improvement in your tort, how old is he/she by the way?
