Today is my birthday and this is what I wanted for my birthday, lol. U know I think of my boy's before me.

My cat inside checking it out, Thor is already a sleep inside. My honey is not a carpenter so the box is not perfect, but Thor sleeps inside the house so the box is great. It is perfect for when I'm at work and if no kids are home to let him out he still has room to walk around. Just wondering since it is in my house do I need to put a heater in it ? My house does not drop below 70, live in so cal.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I like your choice of present.
How old is your tort? Is it a leopard?

He should be fine with your house temps. Just remember, it is cooler on the floor then the level your at or your thermostat is at. A temp gun will tell you for sure if it's warm enough. Also, don't forget they always need a basking spot of 95+

Thank you for the birthday wishes. Right now he sleeps on a blanket. I put his blanket in the box and he went on his blanket and went right to sleep last night. I don't think that I'm going to put any substrate down. He seems to be one happy boy.

He is a happy boy and doesn't want to come out.
