Black spots

I was just bathing my 2 year old Hermann when I noticed these black spots on his arms. My other one has not got these, are they normal?

Looks normal to me. Hermann's tend to have yellow and black patterns on their arms, not just their shells.

That's natural coloration of his scales! Hermanns have both yellow and black coloration.
