Hello, can you help please?
These Brazilians are about 4 1/2 inches (last 3 maybe bigger, not with me). Could you give me a guess about their sex? Thank you for your help.

Lol, sorry about that, they are still a bit too young for that. But I promise that one day, when they are old enough to perform, I will show you a video :D

A little early yet, but I am seeing 0-3 possible females...

...and 7-10 probable males.

Do not "count on" those possible females at all, however.

I think you should pick your favorite two future males now and work on finding some females at 7" scl or greater. Then make two groups (or pairs if you have the "right" adults) with one male per group (many males are prone to do battle with other males, but not all). I like more than one female per male in a group for shots on goal, but some males will have a "first wife" in a harem regardless of how many you provide and then the extra females might be in the way of the "first wife" animal when it comes to space and food. It will depend on the individuals and how they are set up (I do not have an inductive narrative to push as a make-believe one-size-fits-all rule). My very best and insanely productive male and female are like this. Better together than apart. Better alone together than with any other animals in their space. Most of the time, though, a 1.3 group is a solid arrangement to shoot for if you intend to keep them as pets primarily and breed on a small scale for your own enjoyment as a keeper.

Well, hopefully it is more 3 females/7 males
Would be hard to pick favourites. I find them all gorgeous! They also all have their own little character. Amazing
