Bulk Substrate?

Im looking for ideas/recommendations on a substrate I can buy in bulk and where to purchase from (in Canada)
I just moved out in the country and have no available or nearby pet stores that sell any supplies for reptiles and I need to do a substrate change soon in my tortoise table

Call around to local nurseries and ask for fine grade fir bark, aka: orchid bark. Ask them to order it if they don't have it.
