calcium and vitamin supplements

I am getting conflicting info on this subject, help please!
How often should I be giving calcium and vitamin/mineral supplements to my russian torts who I think are 5 - 8 years old and my 3 toed who I was told is 11yrs?

I have Greeks and I keep a cuttle bone in their enclosure and give a vitimine 2-3 times per week to the adults.
