Can he eat these?

Hi everyone!
My nana brought me these for her new 'great grand tortoise' but I wanted to make sure it was all ok to mix in his greens. I've been told spinach isn't great to give because of some absorption issues so I wanted to make sure this wasnt the same. Thanks so much!!

Those are all lettuces...spinach is not listed as an ingredient.

Darker lettuces are more nutritious than pale varieties. I don't see any reason to not mix them in with regular, balanced feedings.
