Yes that is a type of plantain,and is safe to feed.

Yes. It's good stuff. Still I don't know that I'd feed anything every day. Variety is key.

Thanks for input Tom, my Leo and emys really go for it, also the wide leaf plantain. Eating it makes their stool looking almost perfect, nicely fibrous and on firmer side.
