Cherry Headed Redfooted Tortoise

I have been talking to a woman about possiblly buying her Tortoise, but I have a few questions I would like to ask someone with more knowledge. The Tortoise is a Female appr. 8 years old, and has some slight pyramiding. What is concerning me the most is her size. She is 3.5" high, almost 5" wide, and 7.5" long. Isn't this a little small for an 8 year old female, or is she still growing?

It does sound a little small but cherries are supposed to be dmaller than regular ones.

Most of the cherry headed red footed tortoises don't get very big.
