Hallo, I finally found another tortoise, do you guys think this is a good speke, or not, thanks for reading!

It's a bit difficult to evaluate a tortoise with only 1 picture, and in any case, I'm not familiar with this species.

But maybe @Markw84 is.

Can't tell much by a pic as far as health. But it doesn't look bad. Make sure it can walk up on all fours and eyes and nose looks good.
