But clamp lamps are fire hazards if they accidentally fall due to unstable fixing. That's why you should fix it in by drilling or by any other similar way :D
Note: you should NEVER use a coil bulb like in the picture, it may cause blindness & other problems for your tort!

Hi

I will use powersun mvb. Ive kept lots of reptiles and those coil bulbs are evil.

Im really not sure how to safely hang this clamo lamp to the wooden frame. Hmm

On the side of the dome, near the ceramic socket, there should be little holes. I attach a wire inside the hole and then on the other side in a hole. Then you can slip a piece of rope through the wire loop you just made. But a hook on your enclosure, the highest part and hang the light with the rope and around the hook. This gives you the option to lower and raise it.

I would screw an L bracket into it and attach the lamp ( no clamp) with wire. Do not use a coil bulb they can cause all kinds of issues :(

Im not keen on suspending by the wire. This could call stress on the fitting. Dont worry, ill be using powersun mvb

You don't attach it. I hang my fixtures over my enclosures. Electricians have said not to hang them by the cord, but I have been doing it for decades without issue. I won't recommend it though, so you can't sue me if you do it and have a problem. You are supposed to use some separate wire or chain to hang the fixture.
