Cloudy eyes

I came home and my marginated tortoises eyes were cloudy, ive noticed it recently, and hjs plant and water bowl were moved quite a lot, is this a cataract or something severe?

Can you post a picture of the eye? What type of bulbs are you using? Some bulbs can cause eye issues
