Saturdays are Exotic Breakfast Buffets here at Chez Octobre.

The menu today consists of Zerts, Optunia, Geraniums, Hearts of Apple, Asparagus Fern, Jalapeño leaves, Bell pepper leaves, Grape Leaves, Dandelions, Baby Snail Vines, Petunias and Cherokee Lettuce.

Please be sure to sample everything. Our chefs strive to bring you nothing but the best.

We do ask that you not behave like our last patrons, who stuffed themselves for a full 2 hours and then fell asleep in their bowls before they could waddle back to their burrows. ;)

On another note, Chez Octobre would like to apologize for crappy old Andriod pictures, and ask if tortoises get hiccups?

Oh, I meant a food pancake, not the tortoise type of pancake. Since the title is complimentary breakfast lol.

Nice menu. I predict happy healthy sulcatas in your future.

Sometimes their little heads will bob when they are breathing. Might look like hiccups. I usually only see this when they are sprawled out warming up after a big meal with their eyes closed, just like in your pic.
