Correcting underbite

This is Little Foot! She is a 7 year old RF and needs braces. Not to make light of a probably nutrient deficiency or congenital abnormality but we were curious if we got her beak trimmed if this would eventually correct itself or if the damage is done??ImageUploadedByTortForum1382836642.351028.jpg

I have several tortoises like that. I trim the beaks about once a year. I just have to keep after it. I doubt it will ever grow correctly, but they don't seem to have any trouble eating.

That's good to know! She's a pig for sure. Do you ever worry about the top growing into the bottom .... Or back towards her throat??

It could happen. That's why you have to keep after it with a Dremmel.
