Hi everyone, im just wondering your opinions on cutting Munchkins nails..
He doesnt get out at all really (once/twice a year) but does have a concrete slab & some stones in his house for wearing his nails down, although i know thats not good enough... Here are some photos of them...
Thankyou

Russian tortoises' nails are a bit longer naturally than other species. Don't cut them.

Hey I don't know if I am posting this in the right space -don't think I am- but in a week or so I'm getting a Russian tortoise, I've done lots of research but there's a few things I can't seem to find an answer too still!! Because it's only a baby do I keep it in a vivaria or a tortoise table ?? If I'm keeping a water bowl in its enclosure do I still need to soak it , if so how often? And if I feed it every day how often do I put calcium on its food ?
Hope someone can help!

Jade, you are in the right forum but you need to start a new thread. Exit this thread, that will take you back to the Russian forum.

Up at the top right hand of the screen, you'll see a button that says "Start new thread." Click that one. The one under the picture of the dog in this photo. :)
