Dandilions

I have a lot of dandilions growing now in my yard. One or two years ago I think that this area might have been treated with a weed killer. (Round up, Weed control). Should these dandilions be safe for my torts now?

I would say yes. Most weed killer lasts only a few weeks with some systemics lasting months. I would say they are completely safe after a year.
