Does this guy look healthy?

Hello everyone. I am thinking about adopting this guy. I am told he’s a 12 year old red foot. Does he look healthy? Is his shell a concern? That’s pyramiding, correct? Thank you.

Is that a concern? A sign of an issue? He will be our first tortoise. We have done extensive research but reading is one thing and experience is another.
