I have the 10.0 UVB 13 watt reptisun zoo med bulb plus a heat bulb is this sufficient I don’t think it’s a cfl
I think the the long one you have is a cfl (compact fluorescent lamp) that could damage tort eyes.

Unfortunately pet shops don't always give correct or up to date care information because their priority is profit or they just don't know.
Those sort of bulbs and the other curly ones may be OK for other reptiles but not for torts.
T5 HO tubes seem to be the most widely used for uvb.
The MVB bulbs are convenient but they have been found to dry and damage shells.
Have a look at the Arcadia range - they do the tubes and fittings.
