What do you have planted in your enclosures that comes back year after year? The first year I planted a ton of great stuff, 2nd year some hostas and Rose of Sharon. Nothing is coming back. All he has this year is grass.

I have the hosta, rose of Sharon, day lilies, and clover, along with a few others I don't know the name of at this moment. Mine come back every year. However, this will be the first year he will be able to eat off the plants by himself and he is only a year old leopard. Your tort may be eating it to far down to the base of the plant for it to survive. Thats just my guess. If he is, maybe fence the plant off, so he can only get to the ends of the leafs and not down to the base.
