eygptian tortoise looks really ill

does this little egyptian tortoise look as ill as i think it does.and i don't know whether that mucusy looking stuff came from him but i wouldn;t be surprised

He looks skinny. Is he yours? Give us some info. Diet, how often and how much are you feeding? Temps, what are you using to heat? What kind of bulbs, heating elements. What is humidity, substrate, soakings do you do them how often and anything else you can tell us about his enclosure and your husbandry.

no hes not mine i was just browsing through ads and found him,do you have any idea what that mucus stuff is

No, but the poor thing needs some food and probably some hydration to start.

i'm gonna contact the tortoise trust tomorrow see if they can help,i know they used to rescue torts in need but havent seen them do much lately

It might be urates, but it really looks like some sort of vomit. Skinny too, like Barb said.
