Hi everyone!
You may have seen my post before around concerns I had over a potential prolapse in my tort. I took him to the vets and they confirmed there was no prolapse and because he was getting older he was getting a little broody lol!
So everyday he is flashing me! It goes back after maybe half an hour or so but what I'm concerned about is that he is flashing me in his enclosure-which has soil and a substrate and it's going on him, then he pulls it back in again whilst it's dirty and I know that can't be good for him.
I've started bathing him when I see him flashing but obviously I can't notice it every time and address it on time. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and has any advice?

Its a pretty normal male thing and I've never heard of the stuff pulled in upon retraction causing a problem. It looks to me like most of the stuff is wiped off before retraction.
