Grass VS Vegetables

I know that you should feed a Sulcata tortoise 80% Grass and 20% Vegetables and that is what I am doing.Anyway,out of curiousity,what would make a Sulcata grow faster,if it is only fed Grass or if it is only fed Vegetables?

I don't know much about sulcata's, but would advise you to go for slow and steady growth with a well balanced diet, ortherwise your tortoise will end up pyramiding and you dont want that to happen if you can avoid it!
