Green mouth

I have looked at dozens, maybe hundreds of tort pics here, and our Odin seems to be the only one with a permanently green mouth. Am I just not noticing it in pics? Is he just eating that much more greens and grass than others here? He is almost exclusively on grass and greens, he only gets tort food maybe once a week, sometimes not even that often, and we don't give him much, usually one pellet.
Is this bad? Should I be concerned?
Is he just a little piggy?

Yup! I asked the same thing about a year ago for my tortoise, they diagnosed her with "poopy mouth", she's been snacking on something she wasn't supposed to. Luckily your picture just looks like greens.
