One year ago today, the UPS man delivered a tiny 3.5 inch, 0.25Lb dinosaur to our door! I can't believe that even after a year, getting up each morning to prepare his food and watch him eat...still has me fascinated! Igloo is now 3.0Lbs and 7.5" in length! Seeing the older giants on here has us excited for his future and for things to come.
Happy Birthday 'Gloo!

'Gloo today next to the box he arrived in.

The birthday wink!

Yeah - I'm a little concerned about that. I've been giving him an amount equal to his size and he eats 99% of it. Organic spring mix, orchard grass, kale, collards, cactus, and on occasionally a piece of squash, cucumber, okra, a few peas (his very favorite) dandelion, - basically heavy on the grass and dark greens. He eats with gusto...but I'm worried he is getting too big too fast?

I know it's embarrassing that I still have the box! Every time I look at it I'm reminded of just how tiny he was...and I'm a big sap!

I love it that you still have his box!!! I would too. :) Each year you will have to photograph him by it. :) He is really growing fast but looks healthy...Maybe he is just going to be a BIG boy!!! :)
